1. Rawaq is an Omani-origin brand offering naturally distilled extract from nature products. Rawaq products are introduced and distributed in the State of Kuwait through an official collaboration.

2. Product Information

• • Rawaq products consist of naturally distilled water extracted from nature.

  • The water contains no artificial additives.

  • Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary slightly.

  • All product descriptions are provided for general informational purposes.

Rawaq products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

3. Pricing

• • All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

  • The price per 250 ml bottle is 0.450 KWD unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may be updated at any time without prior notice.

  • Delivery charges are added separately at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.

4. Minimum Order Value

• • The minimum order value is 5.000 KWD.

  • Orders below the minimum value will not be processed.

5. Orders and Payment

• • Orders may be placed through:

    • The official WhatsApp number

  • An order is considered confirmed only after verification and payment confirmation (if applicable).

  • Rawaq reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

6. Delivery Policy

• • Same-day delivery is available for confirmed orders, subject to location and order time.

  • Standard delivery fee: 1.500 KWD.

  • Additional delivery charges may apply to distant locations including but not limited to:

    • Abdali

    • Khairan

    • Mangaf

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other external factors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Rawaq is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

7. No Return and No Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of the product (consumable drinking water), all sales are final.

Rawaq does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the order has been delivered.

Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

• • Wrong product delivered

  • Product damaged during delivery

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence sent to our official WhatsApp number.

If the claim is approved, Rawaq may offer a replacement at its discretion.

8. Order Cancellation

• 1. Orders may only be canceled before dispatch.

  2. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation is not permitted.

9. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper storage of the product after delivery.

Rawaq is not responsible for improper handling or storage after delivery.
